Purchases made from our online store of www.dhauladharpickles.in cannot be returned after the purchase, and believe us, we rarely get any requests for a return/refund or exchange. However, in an unlikely event when you need to return our product, we will accept your request for return, exchange or refund if the package delivered to you is damaged in transit or altered.
Just relax, click a picture of the damaged or altered package and email it to us along with a brief description of your concern. You can email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and please ensure that the product is in it’s original packaging with all the labels intact along with the original invoice.
Our support team will get back to you within 24-48 hours. After a discussion and understanding your issue, the team shall further escalate accordingly. If your request for return/exchange/refund is approved, we shall inform you by email.
In case of approval for replace/exchange/refund, send your items to be replaced/exchanged to: The Pickle Lady, Address Here . You will pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. On receipt of your package, a fresh replacement will be dispatched to you immediately or process for refund will be initiated. The refund against return will be processed after the receipt of the package.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
COD orders are given a confirmation call before shipping the order.
We request you to inspect your order at the time of receipt in order to immediately detect any kind of alternation in packaging, damage to the package or other concerns. Such concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of package delivery.
Any cancellation of the order can be processed within 24 hours of placing the order, by sending an email to email@example.com and your refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10-15 working days.
A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card.
